Slow Pages

A reading diary, kept slowly.

About

This is a small place for keeping notes about the books I read. I am a slow reader by nature and, for a long time, treated that as a flaw to be fixed. These pages are my way of making peace with it.

There is no schedule and no plan. A note appears when a book leaves something behind worth writing down — a sentence, a disagreement, the memory of where I was sitting when I read it. Sometimes weeks pass with nothing at all.

If you have wandered in from somewhere, you are welcome to stay and read. There is no comment box; a reading diary is a quiet kind of thing. You can always write back the old way, with a letter.
